No Halloween is complete without a LO...so here is one of mine.
This whimsical LO is super simple with lots of possiblity for further embellishment.
To add alittle extra to this easy LO I made Freckles from my Happy Hauntings cartridge. Freckles gives the page a simple kid-friendly feeling. Plus he's super cute!
